These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and rk365 ("rk365", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"), governing your access to and use of the rk365 website located at https://rk365.cam and all associated services, products, content, features and functionality offered through the Platform (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, or using any Service provided by rk365, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

rk365 is an English-language online sports betting and casino platform designed for international users, including users accessing the Service from Pakistan. rk365 does not hold a Pakistani gambling license and does not operate under the authority of the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial authority. Users in Pakistan and other jurisdictions are solely responsible for determining whether their access to and use of the Service is lawful under applicable local law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan) and any applicable provincial legislation.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

Access to the Services is strictly conditional upon satisfying all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your country of residence.
• You are accessing the Service on your own behalf as a private individual and not as an agent or on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from rk365 or any affiliated Platform, and are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order on any gambling platform operating under the same license.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which the use of the Service is prohibited under applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director or close family member of an employee of rk365 or any of its technology, gaming or payment service providers.
• You are acting in a personal, non-commercial capacity. Use of automated systems, bots, scripts or any technology that circumvents normal human user interaction is prohibited.

rk365 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance.

To access the Services, you must create an Account by submitting accurate, complete and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You are obligated to keep this information up to date.

4.1 One Account Per User

Only one Account per natural person is permitted. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, devices, IP addresses or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any funds held therein may be forfeited.

4.2 KYC Requirements for Pakistani Users

Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any other time deemed necessary by rk365 for fraud prevention or AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance purposes, you may be required to submit identity verification documents. Typical documentation includes:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or current passport (both sides where applicable);
• A recent utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence confirming your residential address (typically within 90 days of issue);
• A selfie or liveness check photograph alongside your identity document;
• Evidence of the payment method used, such as a masked bank statement or mobile wallet screenshot.

5.1 Deposits

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments that are registered in your own name. rk365 does not accept deposits from third parties. The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to each payment method are displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction and may change without prior notice.

Payment methods available in the cashier may include, where operationally active, references to Pakistani payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast-enabled bank transfers, and accounts at HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. The availability of any payment method is not guaranteed and does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any payment provider. Users must independently verify each provider's own terms regarding permissible transaction types.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• The Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal above applicable thresholds is processed.
• The name on the withdrawal destination account must exactly match the name on the rk365 Account and associated KYC documents.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active Bonus Funds must be met before Real Money Funds can be withdrawn.
• rk365 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks to any withdrawal request at its sole discretion.
• rk365 makes no representations regarding specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Processing windows are indicative only and depend on the payment method selected and verification status.

5.3 Currency

Account balances are displayed in the currency selected at registration. Pakistani users may display their balance in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Currency conversion, where applicable, is conducted at rates determined by the payment processor and may include a conversion margin. rk365 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment providers.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to rk365's general betting rules and any sport- or market-specific rules published on the Platform at the time the bet is placed. By placing a bet, you confirm your acceptance of the applicable rules.

6.1 Bet Acceptance

rk365 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: odds have been published in error; a bet exceeds applicable stake limits; a market has been suspended; or where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or market manipulation.

6.2 Errors in Odds

In the event that odds are published due to a manifest error or system malfunction, rk365 reserves the right to void the affected bets regardless of the settlement status. Users should not place bets on odds that appear clearly incorrect or anomalous. Exploitation of pricing errors is considered prohibited conduct under Section 8.

6.3 Live / In-Play Betting

In-play bets are subject to potential delays in acceptance due to network latency and market-suspension protocols. rk365 does not guarantee that any in-play bet will be accepted. Once confirmed, in-play bets are binding and cannot be cancelled by the User.

6.4 Sports Context

Cricket betting markets — including Pakistan national team fixtures, PSL matches and ICC tournament events — are offered as sports wagering context only. rk365 has no affiliation with, or endorsement from, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), Pakistan Super League (PSL), the International Cricket Council (ICC) or any cricket franchise or team. These names are referenced as sports-market context only.

rk365 may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, referral credits, birthday rewards and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from free bets are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. The applicable multiplier, eligible games and time limit are specified in each promotion's specific terms.
• One Bonus Per User: Each promotional offer is available once per natural person, household, IP address, device or shared payment method, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• Game Eligibility: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino tables, jackpot games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or may not count at all. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• Forfeiture: rk365 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and associated winnings from an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, coordinated play or any attempt to exploit promotional offers in bad faith.
• Illustrative Figures: Any PKR-denominated bonus figures mentioned on the Platform (e.g., PKR 25,000 welcome credit, PKR 1,000 referral credit) are illustrative examples of the scale of available promotions. Actual bonus amounts depend on the promotion active at the time of registration or qualification and are subject to change without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rk365 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. rk365 reserves the right to immediately suspend or close any Account and forfeit any Balance associated with prohibited conduct, without prior notice:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts (multi-accounting);
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted betting tools or any other non-human interface to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting pricing errors, system bugs or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any other strategy that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational wagering;
• Engaging in, facilitating or enabling money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration, KYC or any other process;
• Sharing Account access with third parties or allowing others to use your Account;
• Attempting to manipulate, collude with other users to affect, or defraud any betting market;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where gambling is prohibited, using VPNs or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Engaging in harassment, abusive language or threatening behaviour toward rk365 staff or other users.

Where prohibited conduct results in quantifiable financial loss to rk365 or other users, rk365 reserves the right to pursue recovery of those losses through appropriate legal channels.

All content published on the rk365 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, data compilations, software and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of rk365 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit: reproduction or distribution of Platform content; framing or mirroring any part of the Platform; scraping, crawling or data-mining any portion of the Platform; or commercial use of any content, odds data, game result data or other Platform material.

Any breach of the intellectual property provisions of these Terms may result in Account suspension, legal proceedings and claims for damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rk365, its officers, directors, employees and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failures; loss of data; account downtime; delays in payment processing; or any decisions made based on information published on the Platform.

rk365's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rk365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy or fitness for purpose of any Service. The Platform may be subject to downtime for maintenance, security updates or reasons beyond rk365's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

rk365 collects, stores and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy as it applies to your use of the Services.

rk365 processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account management and user authentication; identity and age verification (KYC); fraud prevention and AML compliance; transaction processing; customer support; and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements in the operator's license jurisdiction.

rk365 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with identity verification providers, payment processors, game content providers and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary for service delivery. rk365 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools that help users maintain control over their play. The following tools are available to all registered users and may be accessed via the Responsible Gambling section of account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the maximum amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive on-screen notifications after a defined period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Regular prompts displaying time elapsed and net wagering activity during a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently suspend access to your Account. Self-exclusion periods are enforced immediately and cannot be reversed during the specified exclusion window.

rk365 reserves the right to implement protective measures — including Account suspension or mandatory verification — if internal data indicators suggest a user may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the user has activated self-exclusion.

13.1 Termination by User

You may close your Account at any time by contacting rk365 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the resolution of any open bets or pending transactions. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

13.2 Termination by rk365

rk365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct;
• Where continued operation of the Account presents a regulatory, legal or financial risk to rk365;
• Where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.

Where an Account is closed for cause, rk365 reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms prohibited conduct, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part.

These Terms and any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which rk365 holds its operating license, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the operator's license jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall prevent rk365 from seeking urgent interim or injunctive relief in any jurisdiction where rk365 deems it necessary to protect its rights.

These Terms do not constitute a submission to the jurisdiction of any Pakistani court, and nothing in these Terms shall be construed as creating any rights or obligations under Pakistani law on behalf of rk365.

rk365 reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, rk365 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your Account or by publishing a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and close your Account before the effective date of the changes.
